Shipping in Italy

Merceria Creativa ships throughout Italy via GLS, Poste Italiane, and Bartolini (BRT), selected to ensure speed and reliability in delivery.

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • €6.90 for orders up to €59.90;
  • Free shipping for orders of €59.90 or more.

Deliveries are usually completed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.

Remote areas and surcharges

For certain ZIP codes identified by couriers as remote or difficult-to-reach areas, an additional fee of €7.50 may apply. These surcharges are imposed by the courier and not by Merceria Creativa.

Delivery and tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment online. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and accessible. Any additional costs due to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries will be charged to the Customer.

Delays or failed delivery

Merceria Creativa is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. If the delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to the sender. A new shipment may be arranged, with additional costs charged to the Customer.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

According to Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), customers acting as Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must send an email to info@merceriacreativa.shop indicating the order number and the items to be returned.

Return conditions

  • Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging;
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer;
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for purchase.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or non-conforming products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and details via email. Merceria Creativa will replace or refund the item in accordance with the legal warranty of conformity.

Withdrawal from the contract

Submit your withdrawal from the contract

Go to the withdrawal form where you will inform us about your return. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract from the moment you receive the order.

Send back the products you want to return

Pack the products you want to return. If possible, use shipping packaging, then send the products to the return address indicated by us.

Wait for your refund

We will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days. You will receive the refund using the same method that was used to pay for the order. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, we will refund your money to the bank account you specify.
